An Intimate Night-In for 10

We were hired to put together an extravagant dinner for 10 guests in celebration of an 80th birthday and 50th wedding anniversary, at a beautiful AirBNB in downtown San Antonio, TX. We created a 4 hour experience with an 8-course menu in collaboration with the hosts and took care of every last detail, down to wine pairings and synchronized table service.

fifth course: The Hunt w/ local venison Rosso bunco, garlic whipped potatoes, seasonal mushrooms, beets, edible flowers, juniper berry sauce
